Some 400 km above the Earth surface, astronauts on-board the International Space Station (ISS) have exceptional views to the home planet, circling around the Earth every 90 minutes and traveling in space almost 20 times faster than a bullet. This short video is edited by TWAN-Austria cinematographer Christoph Malin, from the images made by astronauts on ISS. "This is dedicated to David Bowie, to all Astronauts, Cosmonauts, NASA, ESA, FSA/Roskosmos and everyone who makes these stunning views possible. In these turbulent times it is important to keep the International Space Station in our focus from time to time. Since 1998 the ISS is a symbol of peace and international cooperation ... Almost all of the footage was kept as raw and original as possible in grading to retain the original feel, with only slight retouches. After all itís Astrophotography in Space - there are Cosmic Ray Sensor Damages, Noise, Sensor Dust, ultra High ISOís, extreme Dynamic Range." Christophmalin.com
