Sky in motion above Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa. This long exposure image made during a complete night by a custom made panoramic film camera has captured the setting Venus right above Kilimanjaro (the brightest trail), red and green airglow active through the night along the horizon, and the the climbing lights of mountaineers trying to reach the peak by the morning. Kilimanjaro is an inactive volcano and the highest mountain in Africa located near the northern border of Tanzania with Kenya. The summit of Kibo (5893 m) is photographed in this image.
