Noctilucent Clouds Above Moscow

By: Aleksandr Yuferev

Region: Europe

Site: Moscow - Russia

Exceptionally bright Noctilucent Clouds over Moscow. The famous Cathedral of Saint Basil at the World Heritage site of Red Square is notable in the view. Noctilucent Clouds are most often seen at latitudes of 55 to 65 degrees north during July and the corresponding latitudes in the southern hemisphere. Aleksandr Yuferev/
