From the photographer: "A bright Perseid meteor above Mt. Rainier, the highest volcano in the United States (lower 48 states). The white dots on the mountain came from hikers who were aiming to summit the top before sunrise. The yellow hue in the sky came from the light pollution in Seattle areas. The bright white light on the ground came from a visitor who used high-beam in the parking lot."
Technical details: Single-exposure. EXIF: Canon 6D 24mm f/2.0 13 seconds, ISO6400. Simple edit using Adobe Lightroom.
