Harvest Time

From the photographer: "The stars of the constellation Piscium (the Fishes) rise over a rural landscape during harvest time. In the foreground is a corn field that has just been reaped, more distant is another corn field which still awaits harvesting. At the horizon, a group of fruit-bearing trees is silhouetted against the night sky. Among the celestial harvest in this image one can see the trails of TX Piscium, a carbon star and one of the reddest stars in the sky, as well as the trail of the faint and distant planet Uranus in the upper left corner of the image. More information about this image can be found here." - Herbert Raab
